Tod Melton, where do I start? This man came out of the clear blue after 2 years of fighting a $67,000 hospital bill that wasn’t properly handled by insurance or hospital. Working with Tod made a clear way to omit this financial burden and gave me my life back… I highly recommend this man, he’s a true help and fair on all levels…

Given 2 stars only due to my case was not handled properly to get the close to maximum settlement vs similar cases. Had to do some of my own research within similar cases during mediation of low ball offers from the Defendant to come up with how my case should of been done properly. Forgot important topics within my case I had to remind Tod with. Communication was not what I felt it should of been.

Mr. Melton has just successfully completed a 4 year suit for me. There were numerous delays due to COVID, Medicare and more. He never wavered or asked me to settle for a lesser amount. His tenacity and knowledge of the law simply overwhelmed the defense attorney with a large Chicago firm. Tod is among the top personal injury attorneys in the country. Don't let his unassuming demeanor fool you. He is a bulldog.
