The WORST lawyer!! He took $950 from us -- did nothing but lie to us to get more money. He supposely needed money to drive to Springfield to talk to people to get my husband his license reinstated or at least a driving permit because of child support and said he talked to the Attorney General and waited almost 9 months for an answer. Then the answer ended up to be denied.
Not taking this I got on the phone and within 1 month I have gotten my husband driving permit.
THE WORST LAWYER IN THE QUAD CITIES!!!

Mr Koenig has charges at ARCD for personally using my money in his lawyer trust account. Even US Bank is complicit in assisting Mr. Koenig with this illegal activity. Koenig took a simple case and expanded to over $100,000 in his legal fees and 10 years of litigation before settlement. Koenig needed the money as soon as possible so he slammed forward a settlement.

I would never ever hire a lawyer like Phil Koenig. He makes settlements with his suppliers and then doesn't pay them and then hides behind his jurisdiction. Do you want to work with an attorney that has 0 ethics. The bar should revoke his license! Can't be trusted!
