Very helpful and professional!

John singer and his assistant Erin got back to me through either email or telephone within a day. They answered all my questions I had for them. They got my step parent adoption done in about 4 months. The only negative I have is that they didn’t keep me posted regularly. Sometimes I’d go weeks without hearing anything but they’d respond almost immediately when I would email or call asking for a status update. I would Still recommend them though.

My wife and I had a consultation with one of the attorneys. He agreed to take the case. I paid a $2,000 retainer fee. 3 weeks go by and I received a letter and a full refund stating he decided that the case was not strong enough to be certain we would win so he decided to refund my money and drop us as a client. Why couldn't he have decided this at my consultation. About the comment from the law firm... it may be under my wife's name as a client but in fact we both were at the consultation and I in fact wrote the check for the retainer fee and I in fact received a refund saying my wife's case was not strong enough after almost a month went by

If I could give no stars I would do so. This is the worst law firm in Illinois and everyone should stay far away from this place.
