Went to school with eric and hes definitely a lawyer that u can trust that's straight up and fight for u and do whatever it is for u too win your case I fully support him. Why turn some where else when hes the man for any job that u may ever need u know.

I hired Eric Reyes and he failed to appear in court twice. I can prove this if you search my case on the RI Judici Case Search. The judge nearly held him in contempt.

I paid Mr Reyes to represent me in a divorce. He was slow to respond act in my opinion. He also showed up late to my first hearing with my ex wife and her attourney. I received poor advice i my opinion and soon thereafter sought and found different representation. It was also very difficult to get the remainder of the money I had paid Mr Reyes for his services.

Arbitrated an issue for us and was able to get the company to appreciate the grievances and settle.

I was being charged with a Class X Felony for a drug distribution charge and ended up pleading to a Class 2 felony. I was looking at 6 years in prison, and ended up serving 6 months in county jail with 30 month probation, and he got me home before Christmas so I could be with my family. Eric was at every court date I had, he never sent anyone to fill in for him, he never made a promise to me that he couldn't keep. He gave me the good news along with the bad, and he works magic in the courtroom. I was very blessed to have Eric on my team!!

My experience with Eric was very good under the circumstances of getting a DUI. On my free consultation he sat with me for nearly three hours and explained everything that he would file and how each individual form might help my case. He even gave me recommendations on what I should do even if I didn't hire him. He was not a money hungry shark that one thinks of when they hear the term lawyer. He's a decent person who is well informed not only on the law, but also the individuals involved in the legal system. For those reasons, I decided to hire him. Even though it was clear that I had blown over the legal limit on the breathalyzer test, Eric did everything in his ability to plead me to a lower charge. After a couple visits to court, he was able to plead my DUI down to a Reckless Driving charge which I very much appreciated as I was able to keep my license. I had been through some bad personal issues and was driving home one night. I wasn't paying attention to the road and swerved a couple times. I ended up getting pulled over and found out I made a mistake by doing all the tests and blowing in their machine at the station. At my free initial consultation I was a wreck. I started crying about losing my license and a job prospect but Mr. Reyes was able to calm my nerves. He explained every step of the way how he would defend my case and what our strategy would be. Everything he said ended up happening. I got to keep my license because the police screwed up the breath test. He also made it so the prosecutor and cop couldn't talk about that at my trial. My jury trial took all day but in the end they said NOT GUILTY, so I got to keep my license and saved thousands in court costs and I have no DUI on my record! Every other lawyer I talked to told me that I drove poorly, failed the balance tests, and blew over the limit so I needed to accept that I was going to have to plead guilty and hopefully only be suspended a short time. Not Mr. Reyes. He told me from the beginning that he starts every case with the question "how can I beat this case?" Well, he sure answered that question! Now whenever someone asks me if I know of a good lawyer if they get in trouble, my answer is easy. Eric Reyes is the best DUI defense lawyer in the Quad Cities.
