I was sued in small claims and he said that there was an 80 percent chance he could get it dropped. Gave him the retainer and can’t get ahold of him for two weeks. Then the day of court he shows up in a suit that barely fits and it’s joke. Did nothing for me and did not send me an itemized list of hours spent as promised. Better off just representing yourself.
