I was in a car accident and hired one lawyer who took on the case just to sit and wait around for 5-6 months to find out they dropped the case and never informed me. After that I found Fisk and Monteleone and couldn’t be happier. They really cared about me and my case and great fully got me back more than I even expected. They make sure to keep you informed with where there at with your case and if you need to call with any questions or concerns they make sure to answer and give you any information they have for you. Fingers crossed I’m not in an accident again but if it does happen again they’ll be my first call.

This is my stbx's lawyer and when I tried to find attorneys to represent me. When they found out he was the opposing lawyer they declined. THREE local lawyers stated he pulls fast ones, he did. My lawyer had to get a judge to validate what he ruled cuz this guy didn't process it correctly or was trying to pull one! Just one example of many... Furthermore my opinion as well as observers think he is unethical. Plays dirty. ANOTHER attorney said, "an attorney is suppose to keep emotions out of a case and he doesn't." He talks fast is hyper and could care less about anything but getting his $$$$ From being on the receiving end I can attest he's been non professional on few occasions . Had to get attorney from out of town. Which eventually I parted ways. They wanted this cases over didn't like my county or hampilos. Stated disparaging comments. And was going to report him to the bar. ( but just is futile) Let me tell you he's dragging out the divorce at who's expense???? He doesn't care. Taking advantage of a unstable mans emotions. I'm disabled with multiple devastating conditions. And abusing me in this process. DISABILITIES ACT told me i have rights, in COURT. And this lawyer is grossly going against rules of conduct stated by my last lawyer. Furthermore my divorce in boone county; I seriously suspect bias from judge Young based on the disparaging untruthful aligations about me Hampilose claimed and gets AWAY with . Wonder why.... If your looking for a war and have the money, this is your guy. But if you want a amicable divorce like I was preparing for, four years. Not your guy. All this said. To think I saved him from malpractice from my stbx standpoint. Over a court orders ..... He's writing is sloppy and he's Got zero compassion . And has hyper temper. Very nonprofessional if you ask me. I say this with deep regret. But I can maybe protect others from also being victims to this man's license to destroy lives and not stand by his fiduciary duty! We as a society need to encourage ethical humanitarian behaviours towards one another. I now have a attorney with honor and integrity. James Teeter And even if he can't finish my case because Hampilos is milking every drop out of a broke disabled womans credid cards. who can never work and is on ssi. Nor repay. Im glad I met ATTORNEY James Teeter, he's a man with a good heart and ethics! Divorce is very stressful, find a calm but efficient lawyer. Ty
