A willingness to engage in discussions of alternative options at each decision-making step, and weigh the pros and cons of each. Being frank and honest with us about the probability of success for options we considered. Being proactive in communicating the status and next steps on a regular basis, so we never felt like we were being treated as a low priority, even though this was not a situation that had the potential to reap large financial rewards.

Hmmm don't know what I can legally say about my experience with attorneys. We had to go back more than once. I wasn't happy, still am not...not going to do much good to get in a pissing contest with a skunk though...
