The first thing that stood out to me about Ms.Ballard is that she genuinely wanted to gather all of the facts surrounding the case and was very forward with the fact that she would not take on a client if she didnt fully believe it was in the best interest of the child. That made me feel not only that her moral compass was facing north but that she truly cared about her clients and her job. Ms. Ballard was on my case immediately fighting for me. She kept me informed throughout the whole proceedings and confirmed with me before filing anything. She was a blessing to work with and went above and beyond all expectations.

Tomiko brought peace to our family during a difficult custody case. We rarely had to coach her on what to say or do at court dates, she already knew what was in our best interest.
