Call these guys if you want someone to tell you to do it yourself and they'll file the papers. Their phone assistant was hired to tell people that they should go on the SS website. Way to go. What you're saying is you won't help unless it's been figured out already. What if my disability doesn't allow me to do such things? Call elsewhere.
