After trying to take care of things themselves, I told my dad that as much as he dislikes getting a lawyer, he needed to get one to take care of things. They decided to try Black & Jones. They are so warm and welcoming until you sign the papers. Then there is absolutely NO communication on their part. No compassion or understanding for the clients injury and situation. It is all about their money and how much THEY will get. Never once were they concerned with my injury or the healing. Ms. Jones was the most unsympathetic, cold person I have ever met (beyond the company I worked for). It was blatantly obvious she literally did not care about my concernes or the way the I was being treated by the company I worked for. I was assaulted by the Dr opposing counsel hired to examine me. Black and Jones attitude was, we know that physician has a horrible reputation but it happens, oh well! The firm gave up any fight once they learned there was no money it in for them. Dont fall for their commercials. Everything horrible people say about attorneys is true and applies to my experience with Black and Jones.

If it wasn't for other people & organization's out there to help people I would be hungry & homeless. Thank you all! My Union, local 1268, thanks for taking my money & NEVER having my back. 15 year's I worked for this company. One year's pay, my back is still injured, filled bankruptcy and I'm unemployed. You tell me.... Is it worth it?
