During my accident while I was in the hospital I knew I needed a lawyer due to the severity of the situation. When I got home on Valentine's day I already had poachers of law firms mailing me info. I saw the commercials and Kim came to my home due to me being in a wheelchair and explained how this would work. I was onboard. Then Phil took over my case. He and his team bent over backwards to make sure I had the medical equipment I needed, bills were being paid, and financially I was stable. My case did take almost a year to wrap up, but I had full support in my deposition, which we were able to hold in their conference room. I couldn't have felt more compassion and well taken care of during the whole process. I am glad they took me seriously and got what the max amount was after bills were paid. Phil is genuinely a nice person and will talk to you anytime and if he's not available he will call back the same day. Don't go for a quick poacher that just wants a quick buck. Phil will explain every aspect and give you real-time results. I could go on and on but if you want an honest man with integrity, call Phil. I'm glad I did. And I would use him again if I had to. But no one ever hopes for an accident.
