Very nice and helpful

Friendly people. Seems to be a great law firm.

I went in and had a meeting with Tracy Jones, she was quick to get my case filed, that's where the good news ends. I called with a question & was told that a different attorney had my case now & that a customer service representative would call me back, 2 to 3 days went by with no call back. Same thing happened a second, however the csr did call me back 2 or 3 days later, but I wasn't around my phone, she left a voicemail & I called back 10 minutes after she called me & I was told that she was on another call (this was around 2:00 pm), I hadn't received a call by 4:45 pm so I called back and was told that the csr had left for the day. It appears that their clients are just dollar signs. I fired this law firm and moved on to a better one. I called my new attorney today (9-12-2018) to find out about my case, only to be told that Tracy hasn't signed & returned the release form for my case ( it's been 3 weeks ) so my case is at a standstill because of black & jones & my new attorney can't do any work on my case because of it.

Poor representation

I went into Black & Jones basically searching for answers. I was turned away from a couple other firms and I was in an unfamiliar process with a bunch of questions. Tracy Jones took the time to answer all my questions, returned my phone calls, and set my mind at ease. She and her team were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with everything they did for myself and my family. And they have my confidence and referral.

My fiance and I were in a motorcycle accident, which wasn't our fault. Fisk & Monteleone Ltd. was there for us from day one. All questions answered and worries were gone instantly. We are very thankful for all they did for us.

He is not a decent human being - he will suck your wallet dry

1st red flag, you walk in ...bullet-proof glass; and it was all down hill from there. The whole time of my case, I never knew who my actual attorney was .. there was always someone different stepping in. I think the best way to describe this place is a 'Run of the mill' law firm. They get whatever they can get from the insurance company and push it off on you.

These attorneys know what to do to help people in workers comp. cases. I highly recommend this law firm.
