Malman always treat's me with much respect

Wouldn't recommend. My last time using their services. Customer service means more to me than anything. First time around my first attorney was rude and kept arguing with me and lied about my medical treatment. I had to switch attorneys. Then after i switched, things were better. A settlement was reached. The second time around the team members handling my case were very unprofessional and act like they had an attitude all the time or hated their jobs. The voice tone , the agitation in their talk etc. Attorney Alexis is great but because of the other people involved with my case, I will never use this firm ever again. I was very active as a client. I even sent them additional information pertaining to my case and also the people involved in my case and they seemed very uninterested or became seemingly agitated. Spoke with crystal and heaven Robinson today and their moods were nasty. I'm currently at the end of this case and it seem like the people handling the case are getting irritated with how long the process is being dragged out. Everytime i call to speak to Alexis to get the ball rolling, they say shes not in but seem agitated with me as if they feel i should forget about talking to alexis and hurry up and complete the process with them. 😑If Alexis wasn't a good attorney, I would give 1 star. This is a joke.
