Eric was super easy to talk to and reliable. He kept communication to a minimum but always made sure to update. Very straight forward on what outcome and options are in situations. Driving my personal vehicle I received a hefty ticket going way over the speed limit (25 over ) which with a CDL is very bad news. Not only did Eric work with me he answered all my questions but he really made me feel that everything would be OK. He was able to get my ticket reduced to a parking ticket and I can tell you a parking ticket is a lot better than a 25 over speeding ticket.
