Afshan J. Khan seemed well-spoken and kind in the beginning but after the check was deposited, I never really heard from her again. She barely did the initial immigration filing and had me go on the site myself to do most of it. And afterwards, none of the follow-up's did she let me know what to do or even respond to me. She never returned to calls and emails or if she did respond, she would just push things out saying she was traveling to NYC or something else due to the pandemic. And of course, she would never follow up. I truly regret it.

I would like to share my experience at Afshan Khan’s office. Afshan is one of the best attorneys I know; she is knowledgeable, passionate about the work she does, and sincere, I trusted her the moment I met her. She is very hard working, during the process I could see her in ridiculously short notices, sometimes even on the weekends, days or evenings, she was always there for me. Her highest level of professionalism and diligence helped me get my family to the States on F2A visa. Afshan always stayed on top of the case, constantly inquiring with NVC so the processing would be done in shortest amount of time and stayed in touch with me throughout the process of the application. Our family is extremely grateful for the work Afshan did and we wish her best!!
