I had an extremely favorable result with this attorney, and the staff, from the very beginning to the final outcome. I initially had communication with Whitney Zier, who clearly explained the process I would be entering into. I was faced with losing my license for a minimum of six months, minimum $2500 fine, and possible jail time. From the very start, to the final court date, Mr.James and Whitney Zier stayed in contact with me, and kept me well informed, and always made the time to answer my questions. I ended up getting the majority of my charges dismissed, and only was given drastically reduced fine, thanks to Attorney James. He and his office will work hard to get you a result you will be more than pleased with.

I was left very disappointed. Maybe they had something against me but the whole thing was a nightmare and I wish I had just gone with a public defender. Not surprised I have not received a response... After my review I would have expected them to try and resolve the issue. Instead they seem to be fanning the fire which speaks to how they do business. there is a lot untrue/misleading about their response.
