Attorney Jonathan James handled a traffic ticket for me in Stephenson County. He was able to get the ticket dismissed without even needing me there! He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients.

Jonathan helped me with one case which then turned into two cases at one time and got both of them dismissed. He genuinely cares about his clients and makes a strong effort to show up to your court dates. He goes over your case thoroughly to figure out the best outcome and what YOU want to do. Highly recommend him to everyone!

I hired him for a drug case that is very serious to me and I regret that cause he has no knowledge of that Particular field and he doesn’t even take the time to even know who his clients is I went in for a meet with him 11/2019 and he didn’t even know my name or who I was so I fired him immediately now he’s trying to keep majority of my money like he worked on my case he has not done anything so if you want a good lawyer is best to go elsewhere cause he is now the right one for serious matters cause he does not pay attention to nothing but what payments you make if I could give him 0 stars I would but I can’t so if you go to him he would more then likely try and sell you out to the state’s attorney on the low

Jonathan James and his staff are well prepared and really put you at ease when dealing with a traffic case. Personally I feel like they got me the best possible outcome for my case. I would say Jonathan James is probably the best traffic attorney in the Rockford area.

Jennifer is my attorney for a dui offense, She is kind patient knowledgeable and efficient, I would highly recommend Her to anyone I know, She is straightforward realistic & She covered everything I was going through tactfully & respectfully. I hired Attorney James to represent me for a DUI case I received last year. He was able to explain my rights and all of my options in a way that was very helpful and easy to understand. Consulted with him and he made me very confident that he could get my case dropped and possibly expunged. Well he did exactly what he said, had my case dropped and expunged off my record. He does what he says. I'd hire him if I had anymore trouble which I won't.

I had just recently moved out to the Rockford area. One night when I was driving in a snow storm, I witnessed a car spin out into a ditch, I put my hazard lights on and pulled over to the shoulder of the road. When I got out to offer my assistance, I was struck from behind by another vehicle. The police officer that responded to the scene of the accident was very rude and unprofessional. The officer was not even concerned to check if every one was alright. The only thing the officer wanted to do was issue tickets and was not concerned about anything else. I called about 5 or 6 different attorney offices. Few of them never returned my call. Other seemed like they were just out for the money and talked rudely to me. However, Mr. James was completely different, he took the time to listen and explain to me of what he thought and would do. My experience with both Mr. James and Jessica (Mr. James assistant) were very professional, friendly, and absolutely outstanding! I would strongly recommend Mr. James to anyone that needs legal assistance.
