I've had only great experiences at the Crosby Law Firm!! The staff is amazing and really make you feel welcome and you have the feeling that you are in great hands. The Crosby Law Firm helped me with a real estate sale that happened with no delays and a very easy transaction! I would definitely use this firm again and would recommend to any of my friends and family!!

BEWARE! Grave ethical problems! Crosby takes your money, promises experienced criminal defense work. That hasn't occurred nothing has been advanced (I suppose they think holding your hand in court is advocacy - its not!) They don't advocate! Beware they threaten, send confidential case strategy to collections

Waste of time and money. 3 appts (not free) to answer same questions and go over same information and charged for searching info that I provided..... other missteps that caused more problems.... overall very inept in my case.

My experience with Crosby 3 years ago was horrific. From continuous cancelled appointments, to me making my own revisions to my JPA and MSA, to a lawyer who didn't listen and was WELL overpaid, to not filing correct paperwork during my child custody case that I had to go back to court ON MY OWN to take care of, I had a horrible experience during one of the worst times in my life... a divorce. When I was emotionally distraught, Crosby Law Firm took advantage of me. I would never recommend this experience to anyone!

Worst experience ever! I was given their info because they were in my network. 1st appointment started with a cheesy advertisement on the TV in their lobby (which they turned on after I sat down). I was stuck there for 3 hours before they started even speaking with me (which took only 10 mins). On the second visit they told me my cost from them would be $2700 for defending my careless driving traffic ticket and would take several court appearances. Max fine was listed as $2500 - so total potential cost could have been $5200. They were more like salesmen then lawyers. The atmosphere felt very shady so I walked out after the second visit. I went to my car and called a different lawyer. After only 1 court appearance I took a $250 fine. I was still charged by American Law Firm for 4 hours of work when they never ultimately took my case because I walked out before they could. Sad thing is, they also consider themselves a Christian business - clearly for publicity only! Talked to a couple of different people and they had much worse experiences from them. Very shady and awful, BEWARE!
