I waited almost an hour after my "appointment" to speak with an attorney and I finally got tired of waiting and left. The staff didn't even have the decency to let me know they were backed up or running late. They showed lack of respect and consideration for my time and probably didn't even notice or cared that I left. So I took my business and money elsewhere.
