Best decision I could have ever made is hiring Michael J. Smith. During one of the most difficult times in my life, Michael and his incredible assistant, Maria Carillo (who is wonderfully responsive and knowledgeable) assisted & guided me through the final stages of my divorce and receiving the back child support that I was owed. Mike did an excellent job for me with a child support ,health care expense, and school tuition case. Mike worked hard to get me the reimbursement I was owed. He was always straightforward and explained my options. This was a long drawn out case because of ex but Mike was just as dedicated in the beginning as he was in the end. He ultimately got me everything I deserved. You can’t go wrong hiring Mike.

Mike IS professional from day one.
We had a long haul settlement case that never reached the point where Mike was unprofessional. He really cares and tries hard to protect his client and brings in what ever sources that may be appropriate. I trusted my life and future with Mike. I am happy with the outcome.

We worked with Erin when we adopted last year. She was wonderful, friendly, professional took the time to make sure we understood everything through out the process. It's been nearly a year later and i contacted her to get a copy of a report that she had filed, she responded right away and emailed it to me the next day. Erin genuinely cares for her clients.
