They don't even deserve one star! This is a terrible law firm and I would never recommend them to anyone. Kaylee D. Miller told my husband that his case would be wrapped up in June and now here it is October and we still haven't received anything. Talk about unprofessionalism and they take the cake! They will not answer your voicemails, they don't return calls, and most importantly they don't keep you informed on your case. It was truly a big mistake to hire them for representation. It has been a year and my husband hasn't received a single workmen's comp check period. My husband asked Kaylee Miller back in September what was the status of our case and she said she was waiting on some other documents and it would be finished in 30 days and that was back in September. He called her a few days ago and she said the exact same thing. IT'S RIDICULOUS HOW THEY ARE STARVING US OUT COMPLETELY! She doesn't care about the fact that we have been evicted from our home and that their lack of carelessness has had a ripple effect on our lives! It is so so sad and we are very disgusted and disappointed with Tuite Law Firm.

Laura J. Fish and Gregory Tuite are thorough in case and client preparation leading-up the formal interview by the ALJ. I received continuous feedback during the entire process that allowed for the best possible outcome in my case. I highly recommend this law firm for anyone filing for Social Security Disability.

I would recommend Greg Tuite to everyone looking for a good work comp attorney. Greg does everything by the book. Good communication is a must have between client and attorney. Attorneys are very busy with other clients as well and for the most part, he provided communication for me in emails and if I needed to call, case workers were always available to forward him messages. All attorneys have they're flaws but never really had an issue with the law firm. Everyone is nice and caring about the situation you are in. If you are dealing with a horrible insurance company after an injury to yourself, call Greg Tuite. I highly recommend his services.

What can I say if you need a workman comp attorney this is the place

Ended up losing my case due to an error made by a lawyer who left the firm. My new lawyer, Greg Zuel, carried on with that incompetence. There was little to no communication, specific questions were never answered, and after requesting on multiple occasions, I was only given case related documents after begging for them. And, to top all that off, Mr. Zuel used an offensive slur that truly indicates his level of empathy and professionalism when it comes to mental health cases. Bottom line, don't wast your time with this firm. They only care about your money and will only do the bare minimum.

I had a very difficult case and no other lawyer would take. Mr. Tuite took my case and first and foremost he made sure that I was taken care of medically. I worked in the healthcare field and contracted hepatitis C. He not only got my bills paid for, he researched and found a doctor and I was cured. I would use him again and tell all my friends to go see him too. He is compassionate and truthful.

Greg Tuite led my sister's disability fight. He did an incredible job. I've been a TV news anchor and reporter for 30 years and much of my time has been spent covering the courts. Greg is among the best I've ever seen. I would recommend him to anyone. -John Boel

Does not care about clients, does not put any efforts into easy cases, and does not honor agreements with clients. Not recommended!!
