Took 3 and half years to get anything done. This case was handled poorly. Should have picked another company for worker’s compensation cause nothing was done right at all.!!!

I am so glad I didn't read the lower end reviews because Kylee D. Miller is a fantastic attorney. She not only was professional, nice, well organized, and prepared, she showed that she is driven by helping rather than being all about the money. In the memorandum she prepared for my case, there was a trip to the hospital that showed in there scan I was completely disabled. She advised me to change the onset to get approved immediately. Why that says a lot is she took a large pay cut to ensure my family was taken care of. By forgoing two years of benefits and risk losing, I am now guaranteed 29 years of benefits for myself and my wife and daughter. I can't thank her enough for all the work she has done by keeping me well informed and doing all her due diligence. I hope this helps someone who has looked at the other reviews because if we lost I would have been just satisfied for all she did. Thank you Kylee!

I contacted his office for a consultation and was called back right away for a telephone conference. Attorney Lewandowski provided me with advise and detailed instructions on how to handle my case. I took his advise and had the outcome I was seeking. Very pleased with his services. I have referred many people to his office since then.

Five star work up to the point where we agreed that she would get 3 years the marital portion of the pension. Instead Dan wrote it up as 3.58 years which cost me $500.00 per year from here on out. Ultimately my responsibility for failure to read in the office and instead read back at home after I signed. Everything else went smooth though and I would still recommend him.

Late last year, my partner decided to start the journey to gain SSA Disability Benefits. I’ve seen the commercials, heard others at work, and suggested she contact Tuite. They could not have been less interested in so much as looking at her documents, couldn’t even be bothered to call or contact to simply say so. When she followed up for the 3rd or 4th time, she was told that her paperwork would be given to Mr. Tuite himself. Ok. Except there was still zero interest or concern given. She finally just went and picked up her paperwork, and began the process herself. A fools errand, to be sure, but we will continue seeking help elsewhere, and do a better job vetting moving forward.
