I would like to share my experience with Adrian office. My experience with Adrian is that I don't know if I would laugh at how unprofessional she is or I would cry who makes the decision for the future of my children. My long-term experience at work is that as a manager I have to do investigations for many years, like every manager, and I have some experience with that, and what shocked me about Adrian is that she only hears her mother's story and draws conclusions based on that, and if I the one who submits to the court that I was abused and also the children, and my ex has serious problems with anger management, where the mother calls her son in public that he is mentally retarded and that he is unable to study (which is not true) and that Adrian ignores or doesn't ask about the problem of both sides, she just draws a conclusion based on the story of one person, which in this case is my ex, it's so unprofessional and there is no truth, I think she shouldn't represent the children, she should represent the mothers, everything would be clear what is her job. What shocked me the most was, I gave her all my problems with txt messages in writing as evidence, she ignored it, then we sat down for 2 hours before the GAL recommendation that she submitted to the court, I repeated the same problems I have that she never once said about Yes, I checked it or something, nothing, then after GAL's recommendation to the court, I saw for myself who I am dealing with, so in writing to an email (I tested her to see if she spent any time on my problems) I send the same problems of mine (so this is the 3rd time that I tell her my same problems) she says that it is not part of the investigation (and why did she accept it from my ex then and mine are not important) so she doesn't want to talk about it anymore (in no case did she say that I read or remember anything she doesn't even remember anything, that means she just ignored my problems), then I ask the lawyer to write Adrian an email with my problems, and he does it for me, then she says let's talk and why isn't it ok when I write an email and it's okay when my lawyer writes the same problems, it's so unprofessional, and I don't see any benefits for the children in her decision for the GAL for the court. I thought she will tell bout of parents to stop some of some of things we doing, no, she just told me to stop, now that Adrian supported my ex, now it has become unbearable that I agrees with my ex on anything she just giving me orders, thank you Adrian for that, and I have no words for her experience, I am very impressed with her recommendations for the best interests of the mother and not the children (this is a joke).These are the big things she ignored that I don't think is right; She spent 20 hours with my ex, 2 hours on my case, she examined two witnesses from my ex (one of whom does not live in Rockford), my witnesses zero, my daughter is under the influence of her mother, my children consume alcohol, she smoked weed, cigars at their mother's place, no one helps them with their studies and a lot more, she takes the children to the doctor without my knowledge, gives the children pills without my knowledge and consent, Adrian did nothing about this, she ignored everything. She ignored all my problems and put everything from my ex on GAL recommendation in writing, my ex didn't do that Adrian complimented my ex on how he takes care of the children and I don't. When Adrian did that, I thought I could do the same, I take the children to the doctor and not inform my ex, and when I did the same, take the children to the doctor and didn't inform my ex, Adrian threatened to change the GAL recommendation. that I have to communicate with my ex, why is it a problem if the mother does the same, why can't the father do the same. My opinion don't waste time, effort, energy and money with Adrian try to change GAL if not good luck. I thought that GAL works for children, in my experience it is not true.

Divorce-Adrian was very upfront with me about costs and worked with me on trying to keep costs down. She let me know when things would or wouldn't be cost productive. I think she got things done in a timely manner, considering the ex was dragging his feet really bad.
