Maritess. Bott and the staff at Bott & Associates are friendly and respectful. The office is very comfortable, with offerings of drinks and snacks if you should have a slight wait, which would be rare. Appointments are very much on time, they expect you and greet you with honor and respect. The advice I seek is always in mine and my families best interest, and the work that is done on my account is exceedingly done in great taste. Maritess is one of the finest lawyers that I have met! She is available, down to earth, and has compassion that she extends to all that she encounters. My husband and I had virtual meetings that were super. Her nature came out immediately and not only did we have an outstanding review, but she is a friend! Her legal work is fantastic! Gaetana and Keith, Maritess' staff aim to please. They are well prepared for COVID-19 and follow the CDC guidelines. All made me feel comfortable as I signed papers in her office! I will be referring my friends!

I want to commend the staff at Bott & Associates for the way in which they administered the signing of the POA documents last week Friday. The document coordinator was extremely helpful to my parents, and she offered me very sage advice as I continue the journey of caring for them at this time in their lives ("Take care of yourself, so you can take care of them.") Also, I wanted to mention that I was equally impressed (and inspired!) by Marites's library and offer to take any books that a person saw as appealing. What a wonderful way to share her faith and views! My mom was not comfortable with me taking anything from the office, or I would have gladly taken a couple of the books to some family and friends that could use a different perspective.

Excellent service, communication, and result, we had an issue with a car dealership, so we contacted Ion Law. Alex quickly resolved the issue. We're very thankful.

Working with Botts was a great experience! When having the difficult discussions about estate planning they eased our mind right away. They were quick with email responses and phone calls. The Zoom meetings were very productive and appreciated during this weird time. Our signing meeting was at their offices, which were clean and respectful of social distancing. Overall we had a great experience with everyone that works at Bott & Associates. We knew that it was very important to get our estate planning in order and they made it easy. Even during this difficult time, everything was able to be done virtually or in an appropriate (ie. socially distant/mask wearing) way.
