I received a referral to this firm for my partner. Complete lack of communication. At one point for a month-long period. Then it could be days or weeks for a response. Lack of direction and honesty in question. Statements made by attorney and staff conflict with the billing statement. My partner was not informed that distribution checks were received until a week or more later and when my partner brought it up, was told "they came today" by staff when not the case. He received no apologies, just high legal fees with little done. Rush work done not representing all needs he discussed in the first place and letter not presented before it was sent out as previously discussed. I had to take time off work on several occasions to discuss the ongoing saga with the referral company and finally the staff at the office contacted my partner. More stressful beyond belief when obtaining an attorney should be eliminating that factor. Huge mistake. As a response to the below, no you are not sorry. This is false like the lies we received from the attorney. If that were true you would have made an effort to correct many of the wrongs but you did not and just followed your accord doing whatever you pleased, NONE of which we asked for. Sending letters out before we even gave our approval which were shoddy and false. You did absolutely nothing in regards to requesting where all the missing items and money went. What the h___ did we send you pictures or details of the missing items for? Planning on closing an estate you were never asked to close in the first place doing not one d___ thing that was asked of you forcing us to contact the other attorney? You were as useless as hiring a brick wall because you did absolutely nothing we asked nor provided timelines of when we could still contest items. You didn't even advise filing a police report for theft on missing items. We are now contacting police years later and have to explain we had such an inept attorney who advised basically nothing in this regard or any other. For all the problems, you should be paying us. And when I gave them a difficult time for doing absolutely nothing, they got snotty because the client was my minor children and not me. Hello I’m the mother representing the interests of those minors as you certainly failed to do so. We would have accomplished more without you and your detrimental “service” which led to losses. Not one thing gained by using this attorney- only losses. This attorney was so terrible and if what we hired her for was beyond her scope (which it apparently was) she should have never taken our case. I question the likely false positive reviews here after everything she put our family through.

The set up of the trust went smoothly until I tried to get the papers back for my deceased husband's previous living trust. The office person said they would mail me the new and old trust. Never got the old trust. When I tried to transfer my husband's car to my trust, I needed the old trust papers. Each person who answered the phone had a different excuse for why they could not get the papers to me. The computers were down, they needed to talk to Ms. Bott and she was at lunch, they didn't know where the papers were, they would call me back.....Never called back and this is the second time I could not get Ms. Bott or her office to answer a simple question. This just highlights that once you pay for the service - don't even think of calling the office again with a question or concern. It would seem to be all about the $$$$. I regret using her services.
