I retained Mr. Tikhvinskiy for a four point speeding ticket violation and he got it reduced to a parking ticket with no points! He did this matter quickly and professionally. I do not have much experience with hiring an attorney and found Maksim by the recommendation of friends.He was easy to get in contact with. I got a 4 point speeding ticket but Maksim got it down to Zero. I wouldn't think twice if i needed to hire an attorney again.This is a brilliant service for a reasonable price.

Max is fantastic. He is not only an excellent lawyer but a very nice guy and a true pleasure to deal with. I retained him to represent me regarding traffic violations. I found Maksim Tikhvinskiy on Avvo. I called him and he called me back in an hour. I explained him a problem with my ex-wife. She made my life a nightmare. I didn't know what to do. The police told me there is no crime. Maxim solved my problem very elegantly and efficiently. He helped me collect the necessary evidence and the court issued a protective order. I found Mr. Tikhvinskiy through reviews online. Now I'm happy to say that he is a very good attorney. He was very professional and organized with my case. I’ve retained Miriam Cooper’s office for several issues with my ongoing joint custody disagreements. While I’ve never interacted with Miriam, Shawn and Brandy (who are no longer with the firm), were both incredible (responsive, detail oriented & fair). When Shawn and Brandy left the firm, I was transitioned to Helena who always responds quickly, is very thorough in understanding the past issues and court orders and always does her best to come to fair & quick resolution. Overall, I highly recommend the firm for joint parental conflict matters.
