Horrible experience. Ms. Wypych had her mind made up on me before I had stepped foot into her office. My ex-husband has been diagnosed as an abusive sociopath with severe anger management issues. Ms. Wypych met with him before meeting with me and had already formed her opinion of me (battles with post-partum, sought help, wanted to keep my family together and hadn’t documented over a decade’s worth of abuse) as hopeless and sung my ex’s praises. My FOUR children are now in the primary custody of a poor-health plagued 70 year old woman 300 miles from me while my ex galavants with his new girlfriend. Provincial and easily manipulated. STRONGLY do not recommend.

I am an attorney who, from time-to-time, needs to hire an attorney to handle matters outside of my practice area. I always think of Chuck Newland -- and he always does an excellent job! He delivers great results at a reasonable cost. I can't recommend him highly enough.

What can I say about Chuck and his team? Well, I reached out to Chuck seventeen years ago when I needed an Estate Attorney. We thought our connection would be brief. We now chuckle when we look back. It took 10 years to resolve the complex issues that we had to confront. Although, we didn't see it as a complete win we were able to stop the bleeding and confront the evil of our case. Chuck and his team are someone you want to address the legal issues that you might be up against. He is honest and operates with great integrity. His office staff always pays attention to detail. Since that time I have used Chuck for more than one estate issue and my own personal needs. I had no idea that when I placed that call that we would end up having a such a long relationship. If you are looking for someone to represent you in these matters you can't make a better choice. I continue to refer others to his services and have the utmost respect for him and his firm.

A lot of attorneys promise to call back when they busy, but they didn't that. He's call back and explain what I need to do! Help me and I respect him so much!

Rosenberg Wypych was chosen at random due to its proximity for mediation for a post divorce decree case five years ago where my ex-wife was attempting to significantly reduce my time with the kids, where my ex-wife's petition for such were based on a litany of unfounded allegations and circumstances presented out of context, may of which were easily debunked. Despite this, the mediator insisted that the "mediation" proceed as if these allegations were fact. The mediator displayed bias against me before and after the meeting. The mediation was a complete waste of time and money because the mediator simply.took to the position to facilitate a fruitless without sorting out the real issues from the made-up issues.
