Nichole represented me in a long drawn-out divorce 6 years ago. Took the place of the old attorney and got the divorce finalized in a few months. Nichole is transparent, takes emotions out of it, and guides you on what the law states and the best outcome for you. Dealing with a very difficult x-wife; just recently I was served with false abuse allegations against one of my children. It was an emergency motion in front of a judge and Nichole quickly in less than 24 hours was able to step in for me on the hearing. She was a voice of reason and explained every scenario that could happen. A GAL was appointed and of course there was no abuse going on and my child was put back into my home ASAP after the investigation. While emotions are running high Nichole is the voice of reason; even when you are making decisions not out of clarity but emotion Nichole will bring you back down to reality and that is what a attorney is supposed to do. I will without a doubt use Nichole for any family matter in the future if need be. There are too many attorney's that just want the retainer and money from you not caring about your family. Nichole cares and is beyond knowlegable of the law. I am forever grateful for Nichole and what she has done for myself and relationship with my children!

I was very happy with Ms. Waltz as my attorney. Throughout this awful process she remained a voice of reason and clarity. All of my questions were answered in a way I understood, not legal speak. Nothing my ex tried to do got by her, she was always on top of things and kept me very well informed. I didn’t have to wait days to hear back from her. Nichole saw to it that I was treated fairly and divorce sucks but I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my divorce. For everything she did for me I would’ve expected to pay more but I found her fee to be quite fair. Here are the highlights after my experience with Nichole Waltz services: - No interest in your case other than her own financial benefit. - Lack of experience in critical situations. No care or empathy, no support. She will not protect you. You will be left alone to deal with your fear, stress, emotions and losses. - Poor communications skills. She doesn’t have a cell phone, so no texts, no calls out of the office. You can speak with her only by scheduling an appointment or leave a message in the office. - Poor negotiation skills. You will pay double for this talent. She will keep you unaware of details of your case and you will be charged for the time when she will provide the updates. - Lack of experience with private business. You will lose everything. She doesn't know how to get financial records from private businesses. Her financial investigator is not effective either. - No results. After 20 months of endless court visits, piles of useless court orders, 60K attorney fees, no settlement, no money. This was my balance when I left Nichole. My situation completely changed when I hired a different lawyer. In a very short period of time I won my case and became free from abusive husband and court nonsense

Nichole is amazing! The way the office bills in wonderful - very clear cut and detailed, so you know they are being honest, unlike other attorneys I've had the misfortune of retaining in the past. Nichole thinks fast on her feet and does her homework prior to going before the judge. I thought some of it was overkill for my case at first, but afterwards, I was very happy that she was so thorough.
