I and my husband were so tensed when found out that Immigration is looking into my husbands status. Inquiring about him (he was on valid legit F1 visa at time). Though he was legit but we were worried because he was working too without cpt or opt. We reached numerous lawyers. Mr. Jeelani’s firm assured that everything can be taken care of. We got married on Feb 14 2019, and filed the status adjustment with US citizen on 20th march of 2019. Within 10-11 months I got my husbands green card. His interview was on sep 18 2019, EOD we received on Oct 10, we got SSN on Nov 11 2019 and finally Jan 28 of 2020 we got my husbands Green card.
