Mr. Mondo was very professional in explaining the trust my wife and I wanted. Because we needed help with our special requirements for our son he was knowledgeable and knew exactly what was required. We would recommend him to others that are in need of estate planning.

I am a former commercial lawyer and was referred to Bob Mondo to handle my estate planning in August 2019. In 2021, he incorporated my new therapy business. Bob is an excellent, client-centered lawyer. He knows what he is doing, explained everything, patiently answered all of my questions, put matters and instructions in writing as needed, and is a genial and kind human being as well! Bob is reasonably priced and he has willingly answered follow-up questions I have had on these two matters for the past three years without charge! I cannot recommended Bob highly enough. He is the best.

We thought that creating a trust would be an enormous amount of work so we had discussed it and put it off for years. So relieved that we found Robert and it is done...with professional expertise and a reasonable (not overwhelming) amount of work on our part, we have a family trust!

Bob met with my father and I and did a brilliant job drawing up our personal trusts. What I thought was going to be scary, was awesome. He walked the two of us through the process, answered questions, and made us feel at ease with the process. Each of us now have binders with detailed trust plans. He’s absolutely brilliant!!!

I was looking for someone to assist with a family trust, but what I got was so much more! First thing he did was make me really understand the process and what a trust vs a will is. He was easy to talk to and made me feel that someone other than me is looking out for my family! He also is now the family attorney. That's a good feeling. If he can't handle something, he has other attorneys in his arsenal. I would recommend meeting with him!
