Michelle and Cynthia are two of the best in the business. They helped in the sale of our home in Dec 2020 Michelle went beyond her duty as a lawyer and because the other lawyer was in the hospital , she then did his job on top of hers. Our home would not of sold without them both. I can't say enough about there team. Thank you for everything. The very best.

It’s always been a pleasure to work with Michelle. She had helped us previously in several tough and lengthy legal affairs, and then again last week. As usual, both she and her office staff are extremely efficient and effective. Michelle always responded to our questions and communication promptly, and her legal advices were spot on. And to top it off, her fees are very reasonably. We will certainly use her legal services again, and recommend her highly to anyone else.

I've been around quite a while. 85 years and have had several attorneys over the years. Since retiring, not needing legal advice I just left my attorneys behind. Then about 4 years ago I found myself in need of legal counseling so I checked ratings and came across highly rated MAGEE HARTMAN with whom I made an appointment. It turns out, the appointment became more like a marriage. Jim Magee, my wife and I discussed our new legal concerns for an hour or so. Jim was attentive, responsive and had top-of-the-head input that made sense and put me at ease with my decision to have Jim Hartman. Since then Jim Hartman and Robert Hartman have represented me in matters such as rewriting our wills, composing our health care directives, durable power of attorney. They have successfully defended me in court, knocking out a false claim against me. Did similar work in defending against some credit card companies. All-in-all, if you are in need of a business attorney, or personal representation, you would be exercising some smarts to check in with Jim... Discuss it with Jim, sit back and let him help you out. Oh, and BTW - You will find his kindness extends to his reasonable billing. I am so pleased with the results Jim and Robert got, I do every review, for them, I can find.

I recently sold a home and then purchased a home without the use of a real estate agent. Michelle Hartman and Cynthia Sanchez were great to work with along the way. Michelle also answered property boundary questions I had and offered to help if issues arose. Buying a home without a realtor could be tricky but Michelle made the process run really smooth. I have already recommended the firm to a couple friends looking at selling/buying their homes.

Mr. Magee and his staff have the absolute best service and are the sweetest and fairest most respectful people to work with. They answered all my questions and showed great deal of patience and friendliness from beginning to end. Even after 2 years of his service, I had questions and he was still more than willing to answer them and help me get any paperwork I needed. My friend gave me the name of Magee Hartman Attorneys after many weeks of looking for an attorney. They have been great through the process, extremely knowledgeable, and they always got back to me quickly. I highly recommend their firm, I was dealing with Robert Magee. Jim Magee has represented me twice, for the same issue over the last 16 years. He is very understanding and reasonable with his fees and pricing. Quick to respond and address my many questions and concerns and all work performed was the exact price and timeline that he initially quoted. There were no surprises! For that, I have referred him to many of my friends and family and will work with no other! I have never worked with better attorneys or staff than the ones that their office has to offer.
