Robert is gracious. We started with the usual free consultation, but I quickly realized that the professionally shared general advice provided, on the lead-up call, prior to our free 1-hour consultation, was just the beginning and in person was all the more impressive. He graciously shared his vast knowledge on the legal matter, gave us enough insight and confidence to actually represent ourselves, pro se. His genuine interest in our needs and mature, beyond his years, expert advice was refreshing, especially after our long struggle with many others, less adept. Robert is genuine. We later hired Robert to represent us, requiring his proven due process knowledge, even after his offer to "walk us through it", if we wanted to continue on our own. Ours was not an overly complicated case, but if done wrong, could have long lasting negative implications.
