We hired them for a Chapter 7 filing and we were very impressed by the practical knowledge and advice we got. This is NOT a cookie cutter shop where everyone gets the same minimum handling. The firm has deep experience and identifies nuance in each case necessary for a most favorable outcome. This gave us needed confidence through an anxious time. I think anyone considering bankruptcy should interview them before deciding on representation.

Going through BK is nerve wracking enough and a decision not made in hast... However, Jim, made me feel at ease. The process was delightful, even though scary too. But his compassion and explanations and of course, experience was exceptional. Jim and his firm was with me every step of the way, timely, and moreover, were correct.
