In 2021 I had reached out to Goostree Law looking for an attorney to represent me in one of the most difficult times of my life. I never felt more let down & blindsided in my life than when I retained their attorneys. My first lawyer was Robin Zandri. Our initial consultation went great & I really felt she was the best person for my case, you can only imagine my surprise when not even a month later, after I had paid the retainer, I was informed she was retiring. This was never mentioned during our consultation & would have 100% made the difference in my decision to retain her. I was reassured that Alyssa Smith would be more than capable of handling my case & she would have guidance from other lawyers in the firm. It only went downhill from there. During the representation I received from Alyssa Smith, I was always left questioning her decisions & her explanations never made sense. January 2023 I started looking for other representation because I was very unhappy with the way she handling the case, during meetings she would not advocate for me, would get my case mixed up with her other cases, she’d bill me for mistakes she was making like sending correspondences to the incorrect email, & I never felt there was any progress being made in the 2 years she was on the case. I would not recommend Goostree Law, in fact I make sure to tell anyone that asks me about family law attorneys to avoid this firm at all costs.

Alyssa did an absolute terrific job handling our real estate transaction. She was almost always available to answer any questions we had via phone, text, or email, and in the rare event that she wasn't available, she responded, without a doubt, as soon as possible. This was my first real estate transaction (other than renting), and she patiently walked me through each step of the process. There were no suprises in terms of her fees - we paid for exactly the services that we were charged upfront. She even went out of her way to look into some accounting questions that we had. Alyssa was absolutely tireless in getting all the work done accurately and in a short period of time. I can't imagine it going more smoothly with any other real estate attorney. She was a tremendous help, and I don't think I could recommend her services highly enough!

I've bought and sold a few different properties over the years. Finding an attorney to handle the transaction is always anxiety-inducing. Other attorneys have done a good enough job, but weren't memorable enough to recommend to anybody. That's now changed with the sale of my late grandmother's house. Alyssa made the ENTIRE process so easy! She answered questions I had before I was even able to ask them! Communication couldn't have been easier, whether through phone calls, emails, text messages... all communication was clear, concise, and she was extremely patient with any and all questions I had. I may be putting my own house on the market soon, and I DEFINITELY know which attorney I'll be using again!

I was not receiving child support as ordered and Alyssa was able to get the issue resolved for me very quickly. Alyssa and everyone at the office answered all my questions and got back to me quickly. I plan to use her again in the future when it’s time to sell my home.

I hired Alyssa on the recommendation of my Realtor. As someone who has worked with Attorneys for almost 20 years at some of the best firms in the country, I cannot recommend Alyssa more highly. In efficiency, experience, legal knowledge and service excellence, under less than ideal circumstances, she made purchasing a home easy for this first-time buyer. Due to the covid-19 restrictions, closing took place through the window of a car, with Alyssa on the phone. After quickly and expertly ironing out an earnest money error on the part of the lender, she patiently walked me through the signing of all documents, while explaining each beforehand. Her expertise made such an unusual situation seem routine. And her smooth coordination of seller, realtor and title company extended after closing until everything that could be done was done. I feel fortunate and grateful to have had Alyssa in my corner during the whole process.

We hired Alyssa to be our real estate lawyer when we bought our first home. She took time to explain everything to me which made me feel so comfortable in the scary home buying process. I knew she always had my back. Alyssa is so caring and trustworthy. She is professional and always got everything done on time and made sure I always knew what was going on. I would absolutely recommend Alyssa to be your lawyer. We will definitely use her again once we grow out of this house!!

I hired Alyssa Smith to help me in purchasing my first home. She clearly explained the entire process which was so helpful, being a first time home owner I didn’t know what I was doing at all. She was happy to answer all of my questions and always responded very quickly. When the home appraised for less than I offered to pay Alyssa was the first person to reach out to me and explain my options. She walked me through renegotiations and offered great advice. Alyssa is one of the nicest and most helpful person I’ve ever worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone making a real estate transaction.

It was reassuring to experience her expertise, however she was able to explain things in a simple and easy to understand way.
