Christopher Sparks is more content with taking the easy plea deal even though his client is not guilty. Having a strong confident attorney behind you is very important when dealing with complicated situations in which you were doing the right thing for your child and being told contradicting things by multiple law enforcement agencies. Instead of seeing the situation as it was and saying we are going to make this right for you it was more how about we just get this done and over with and take the deal. I would not recommend for any situation.
