Tricia Goostree is awesome. I’ve been through 2 other attorneys and they were not nearly as diligent as her. She knows what she’s doing. The only mistake was not having her through my entire divorce process. She’s helping in the aftermath of a 3 year divorce. I do not think the other attorney’s believed what I told them about my ex husband but as time passed, he showed his true colors. Now everything I should have received in the divorce proceedings such as sole custody has finally happened. She’s helping change things in the divorce decree that never should have been there. I trust her and her expertise in the law.

While I don't typically like to do reviews like this, I feel it is necessary. My GAL from this law firm, felt it better to award a convicted felon custody. Why, because that individual could retain custody over the marital estate, with family help. Nevermind the fact that the same GAL, posted a OP against said individual for harassment. Or the fact that they had my ex forcefully removed by the SCPD, with my kids in tow from their office. This law firm is primarily interested with money they get up front, than actual justice. They will accept it from those with means to pay, and sacrifice integrity to do so. Just listen in to how they talk amongst colleagues in the "halls of justice." You know who you are, and still can't look me in the eye.

Tricia Goostree helped me get my life back. I was up against it and Tricia stepped in and stepped up. My ex is an elected and highly connected local lawyer. My ex pressed me at every turn and on all fronts, repeatedly suggesting that I did not need a lawyer (because I am one) and that what she proposed was fair. I went with my gut, looked for a divorce lawyer to help me, and had a couple of local firms decline the engagement because of my ex's position. Not Tricia. She was fearless and proved to be relentless in securing my rights as a father, preserving my home with the kids and assets that would have otherwise been signed away, and ensuring that both sides played by the rules. Tricia is invaluable and I cannot thank her enough.

Ugly experience! Jeff Muntz was a Gardian Ad Litem(GAL) in my divorce case. Jeff Muntz was composing an Allocation Judgement for parental time... 1 year! I spent tons of hours trying to make a "document" from his poor craft but eventually I failed... as there was inserted a clear misreading with a previous 'temporary' Court order (hand-written craft by Muntz too which was not revoked) and thus 2 documents are allowed to be interpreted by counter part in a free way. It's a mess. But their billing is not less terrible! They did not send me bills but I was receiving scary late payment reminders instead... and after I was asking them for bills to send me - I paid them then. But... Jeff Muntz sent me a bunch of emails after that I owe them $500+. I replied that there is a zero balance and that their accounting and billing are terrible... Jeff Muntz told me that he will file a fee petition but did not send me any bills or reconciling papers. The pure racketeering! They are just money suckers.

Divorcing a parent full of vindictiveness is a difficult road. Through this process, Jeff Muntz treated me with respect, compassion, and honesty. I felt like he always made good judgements, gave me good counsel, and effected a very positive outcome. He is always prompt and organized. I appreciate all that he has done for me.
