Not knowing where to turn first I was referred to Peskind Law Firm where I first met with Mollie. After meeting with her I was sold and knew Peskind Law was going to help me through my Divorce. I later met with Olivia and Ashley and got a plan together of how to handle my case. They were a Truly Exceptional Team and I'm grateful to have their help from the start to finish. They were both very responsive in guiding me through this difficult process from the video calls, emails and making sure I didn't have to miss any work with the court dates. I highly recommend them to anyone needing legal help. You won't be disappointed.

Ms. Voleta represented me in a support and maintenance modification. Hired Tuesday, case settled the following week. Need I say more? Mollie hopped in to co-council an ongoing 3 year custody case. She sprung into action the day we hired her. Called the opposing counsel, the GAL and had a long call with us to recap. The following week, we went in for the next mediation with all parties in agreement. For such a stressful thing to go through, Mollie made this process so easy. I talked with a couple other lawyers before hiring her and as soon as we did a consult, I knew she was the one I needed. She was very thorough and quick to respond. My ex and his lawyers dragged out what should’ve been finalized sooner, but Mollie always kept things moving. She is incredibly knowledgeable and SO personable to the point that I felt like I was talking to a friend. I can’t imagine having anyone other than her to represent me- even my ex acknowledged how good she was! :)
