I own a small business in Downtown St Charles. I am in the Service Industry and as such my standards are very high and I expect to be treated as well if not better than I treat my own guests. I needed a 'Really Good' Attorney to make certain, when I was purchasing my building, that I was well protected and everything went according to plan! I did my homework and asked the people I trust. Spring Law was a referred to me by Two other local business owners. I am Very Happy I found Molly Spring!!! Molly was upfront and honest with me from first contact. I am not easily impressed. Molly was simply herself, Honest and Real! We had more than a few glitches in the last 23 hours before closing. I almost called it off but Molly not only saved the deal but she made it even better for me. Molly was right at my side and even ahead of many of the issues. Molly fought for ME! I am a simple man and not easily pleased. If I say "Molly Spring is who you need on your side", you can take that to the bank! ... and I say just that! Thank You Molly! Michael

I wish I could give a zero to Molly Spring. The worst lawyer and PERSON I have ever worked with and met in my life. Had a bit of a hiccup during closing with money transfer. Instead of calming the situation down, she started threatening me. Saying I’m in breach of contract and that she has to leave in ten minutes and the money better go through ASAP. And this is my lawyer! She is suppose to be working for me and supporting me through this! And if the deal had fallen through, I would have been in a horrible situation, because she would have been completely incapable of handling it. I would have expected this type of behavior from the sellers lawyer! Not my lawyer who I had just written a check to minutes before. She made the situation so much worse and I don’t wish my worst enemy the pain of working with such an unprofessional, unstable, incapable lawyer!

Fantastic experience. My family used her for three different property purchases/sales over the last year and every time she was the best part of the process. She went above and beyond dealing with HOA problems, realtor problems, last minute issues, everything that came up she handled quickly and efficiently. Highly highly recommended.
