I hired him (paid him up front flat fee)when my husband got charge with first DUI. my husband has CDL. We want him to safe his license. Couldn't do it. Most the time he act like "state attorney" stating " you did wrong you have to take punishment" . In my opinion he didn't have knowlege of CDL law. He was argue with us. He wanted us to plead guilty to DUI so he can be done with it fast. He didn't fight for us like lawyer should do. He didn't inform us about the whole process of DUI. On the end my husband got suspended license for 12 months and we had to hire another lawyer to fight the case in the court (still pending). New lawyer said if some things would be done on the begging of the case (before test results come back) we could save license. Now 8 months later we are still in the court with new lawyer. It could be done 6 months ago if Mr Lloyd would have better knowledge and comunication with the client. I am very flustered and mad. I end up spending more money and still my husband has suspended license.

Tim did an AMAZING job handling my case I will recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney. I was looking at going to prison for 7-14 years. Instead, I have a bright future. I am in my 2nd year of college, recently got married and things just keep getting better. If it wasn't for Tim listening to me, believing in me, and going over my case with a fine tooth comb, I would not have been given a second chance. And I would not have been able to do this review.
