I hate people that leave reviews on the wrong person. This lawyer has a lot Of good reviews and I will be calling her in the morning.

Rachel was able get me to the best possible outcome on my traffic violation. My CDL record is still clean and received no retribution whatsoever from my employer.

I understand that people get busy but I called her office about 5 times after the first time we talked. She told me to leave my paperwork and yet never got a call back. My messages where ignored and I had to call again only to be told she may not have time for me. Completely unprofessional.

Rachel was very knowledgeable to our needs and took the time to listen, understand, and explain the options before us.

First i would Like to say I've had the pleasure of working with ms. Hess on a professional basis and for about months but each time we,ve met in court it's been positive... Really. And I've received visitation of my son very promptly and within a week he should be coming home with me. And I am a retired nurse very professional if anyone had to go through some of the things that I've went through hands down I would do it all over again with her in that courtroom with me. I have to upgrade my previous appraisal from one-star to two-star because she was right: I had a good case and I should have realized that and seen it through with her help. I gave her the info on the case in November of that year, and nothing was done for months due to the holidays, her foot surgery, and a funeral of a friend of hers, so I was left to ponder things over for myself for months at a time. There was little communication from her even when she later reached out to the defendant party I was not CC’d, and in the meantime I concluded I hadn’t solid ground for my case. I finally called her off, and didn’t pursue the case. I see now that I should have. I had a good case. I wish we communicated better.

Rachel is efficient, reliable and an understanding lawyer she worked with me when I had a open court case trying to fight for custody. I was able to rely on her for guidance and support during a difficult time. She helped me gain full custody of my children. Even with the case closed she is still someone I am able to rely on for legal advice regarding any questions I have. I would recommend Rachel to anyone based on the fact that she is with you every step of the way.

The start of 2017 was unexpectedly bad for me. I search online for a great lawyer that has emphasis in traffic violations. When I had contacted the office of Rachel Hess, I already had two moving violations. We discussed the options in a face to face meeting where she constructed a plan to help me very quickly. I knew I had contacted the right lawyer at that point. I paid for the services and she delivered great results in court. In the period after our meeting I ended up with another moving violation. Rachel and I discussed the options again and she again laid out a plan of attack to keep me licensed. With three tickets in a short time frame, I admit I WAS worried. Not anymore with her professional service as a lawyer. I am more aware of my driving now and will contact Rachel Hess as a lawyer if more issues arise that threaten my being licensed.
