John Chapski is succinct and efficient with very sound advice...great attorney to advocate on your behalf!

I had a situation where the father of my child decided to fight for custody during a CPS investigation. Once the case was closed and there were no findings the judge still giving him temporary residential without an end date and doing background information on him. I had asked to be appointed a guardian ad litem and Robert Czapski was appointed to us. It may have been a long and stressful court proceeding that took over seven months, but Mr. Chapski did not let us down nor give up. He sought out to fight and bring my daughter back home to me,( where she’s been for 13yrs). Where here, she can thrive and get out of a situation that wasn’t in her best interest. He succeeded and brought this little family back together. I’m not saying everything has been fixed in family court, but Robert Czapski was able to bring my daughter home. He definitely really alleviated a lot of stress. So if you’re in a situation where your child needs a voice don’t wait for the judge to appoint you someone request Robert Czapski

He was a let down. Dragged out proceedings a year and a half for my money. He sent things down the wrong path, and did not serve good. Did not respond when questions were asked. Be warned!

I went here for an attorney. I used Michael Chapski. He is the son of owner/part owner. I have used him before as my divorce/child support attorney. He is a very calm and mild mannered individual in general, which makes it easy to speak to him. He is very kind and interested in your issue that you need his help with. He returns phone calls when you leave him a message to call you back, unlike some.... He schedules his own appointments which is "not the norm" but a better "not the norm" because he knows his schedule better than anyone else plus if he needs to meet with you after hours he does exactly that versus being finished for the day once the office closes and everyone is gone for the day. I recommend Michael Chapski for your attorney needs, if for no other reason but to get good quality legal help. 👍👍
