I came to Tracey with only a few short days before my court date. I was terrified and, since I had already been through the court system with a prior attorney, I was anxious about the time and costs it would take to bring peace back into my home. Truly, I am so blessed to have discovered Tracey Hower. I will continue to use Tracey and I highly advocate that you do too for ANY of her specialties in law. She made me feel safe, heard, validated, and was always ready and available to handle what was in front of us and to protect my family from any battle she could see ahead. She is worth every second and every penny - I truly mean that. She is sharp, honest with me, and really advocated and addressed all of my concerns with diligence and efficiency in respect to the costs associated. Phil Lengle is a great attorney. I had an uphill battle for custody and he worked hard for me to get me what I deserved. When hiring a lawyer you get what you pay for and he was worth every penny. I highly recommend this firm, specifically Phil Lengle.

This law firm put several of my anxieties about my divorce at ease and made the process as simple for me as possible. They did this by always being very timely in all of their communications and court requirements. Professionalism, hard work, and intelligence with compassion is how I would best describe their approach towards the issues I dealt with during my divorce. They explained things to me very well. They listened to what I needed out of my divorce. And they helped me achieve the goals that were the most realistic, in the cheapest manner possible. I have learned that the people of this law firm know divorce law, have a great deal of experience, and care about their clients.

When I first met with him he was impressive and led me to believe that he would be focused on my case. However, after several months I realized that his statements to me during our initial meeting were just a sales pitch and that his actual services were very poor. When I spoke to him during the case it was clear that he did not know the facts of my case and that he was trying to "fake" as though he did, his work product was poor and he misled me about what actually occurred in Court. I ended up having to retain new counsel. Whatever you do, don't hire this guy!!!!!

I was not a particularly easy client as I live out of state and am skeptical of attorney's in general let alone ones I did not get to meet personally. Steven Peskind and Edward Milas are smart, were engaging and they were thorough but most importantly they won my case through winning a subject matter jurisdiction judgment in my favor.

I highly recommend Mr. Peskind's representation to anyone facing challenging divorce proceedings. Mr. Peskind is a no nonsense and extremely knowledgeable attorney. His representation was welcomed after my unfortunate need to return to the legal process post completion of a lengthy divorce. In a parenting situation where the ability to co-parent with an ex-spouse simply does not exist, he was able to maintain focus on the true best interests of the child and was diligent in working toward achieving the desired end result. In situations such as this and the foreshadowing of issues to come, he will undoubtedly be my first choice.
