My ex wife is what people call “helicopter mom.” She would not let me see my daughter. She accused me of ridiculous thigs and asked for 100% of any decision-making because I cannot be trusted. I have shared custody now and I see my baby every week. Highly recommended!

Out of pure revenge my ex filed fraudulent chargers against me accusing of child abuse. DCFS became involved. This was a nightmare. Before I hired Kozlov, I consulted with at least three other lawyers. Kozlov showed a good knowledge of the law and understanding of the procedure. It was very important to me to know everything that was going on in court and Kozlov kept me informed every step of the way. This hell is over and I have my child back. He is not cheap but Kozlov chargers only for actual work. Not BS chargers like travel time. He keeps his word. If you work with him he will get you the result.

Our son passed away due to a drug overdose. The mother of our only granddaughter was not fit to look after her child. Unfortunately her parents, the other grandparents would not give us a chance to spend time with our granddaughter and reconnect with our son. We first filed petition by ourselves in probate court but we were not able to complete it. We hired Kozlov on a flat fee basis. I hired Fedor Kozlov when my ex wife decided to move out of state and take our kids with her. She did not give me any notice whatsoever and moved out to a different state. I was able to bring my children back and they are going to the same school as they used to. Needles to say the process was messy and heavily contested but at the end I got my kids back. Fedor was very thorough with me when I hired him for a family dispute. He took his time and reviewed all documents and information regarding ma case. It was a stressful time to say the least but Fedor checked in on me and assured me things would be ok. And they ended up more then ok and in my favor. I'm a truck driver. Two years ago I broke my leg at a gas station. I simple fell down in a pit near the pump. First I didn't pay much attention to it, I wanted to get gas as soon as possible, and leave. But my leg hurt a lot and it started to swallow. I barely stumbled along to the gas station manager and asked for some ice to put it on my leg. Told them my story, and instead of apologies heard "you should be careful and watch your step, sir". Then i called my dispatcher and found that I'll have to take unpaid sick days. I got really frustrated. The gas station management can't fix the pothole, and I'm the one suffering from it? I barely made it home, thank Lord, I broke my left leg. I spent the whole day at home, but the pain was getting worse. At some point I realized that I can't handle the pain any longer and called my friend so he could take me to the hospital. My friend saw my leg and said that I shouldn't let the gas station management and my boss treat me this way and gave me the phone number of mr Kozlov. After we discussed all the details, we started working together. It had a really hard time crutch walking, but thanks to the lawyer my leg surgery and medicine were paid, I spent two months at home recovering and I was getting paid too. That let not to rush to getting back to work and recover completely. I also got financial compensation from the gas station. Thank you Mr Kozlov that you helped me and brought back my faith in people! Otherwise I would've been thinking that nobody cares about truck drivers and the hard work we do.

Mr. Kozlov resolved my case in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way. He made a rather complex litigation seem easy and explained to me my options and result in an understandable manner.

Attorney that you can trust. I am not going to get into details of my matter. I can only say that attorney Kozlov represented me in a civil action where I was a petitioner. The matter was resolved beyond my expectations. Five stars!
