We met Steve through our Real Estate agent. From the day we spoke until our close Steve was right there. My calls were answered or returned right away. We had a buyer with specific needs that made the process a bit choppy. That included the buyer wanting to change the close date. Steve handled all the issues including a delay in the closing funds being wired to our bank. Steve was successful in everything we asked him to achieve. He was also very personable whenever we spoke. I've had lawyers that were extremely difficult to reach or talk to...Steve is NOT one of them. I have nothing but praise for the way he handled our closing.
