Denial was received, speculating full course of study violation. Attorney had already sent the documentation that clearly proves full course of study, but may have been overlooked and case was denied. Attorney handled this denial in the most effective way possible. She reached out to USCIS premium processing unit and has put in a request for adjudication officer to review the case, and passed along the already sent documents to prove there was no full course of study violation. They reopened and approved the case, without even requiring to file an MTR or appeal. Really appreciate how the law group handled this complicated case.

I want to acknowledge the great work that team at ILBSG has done on myself and my wife's I-485 (Green Card) case! Right from the beginning when detailed information was provided on the documents requirement including the birth certificates, affidavits, I-485J etc. your team has done a tremendous job to ensure all the relevant and required documents and forms were submitted for the case in a timely manner.
