John was very responsive, he worked my case with me being out of state and every time we communicated it felt as if I was in the office with him. There wasn’t anything I wasn’t informed about and he was quick to answer any question I had tentatively. He made the process very simple and easy to obtain my license, and now after 10 years I’m happy to say to have a license and it’s all thanks to John.
