Don Sadowski has been invaluable for both my personal matters and business since 1986. Don provides tax preparation, business financial filings, estate planning and advise on legal and money-related matters. The reasons Don has been my lawyer, tax consultant and estate planner for 34 years are several. Don is ultra-reliable and performs his work on time and/or provides a schedule of due dates for issues such as corporate and personal taxes. Don also has produced critical estate, trust, and living wills for my father, mother, wife, daughter and myself. End of life issues can be crucial, with one piece of paper created by Don that allowed my father to pass with dignity. A single form properly executed can make all the difference. Don also has created trusts that have reduced our family's tax burdens when assets are passed from one generation to the next. On the business side Don has helped me greatly in setting up my company properly with federal and state agencies, keeping my firm in compliance with taxation and reporting issues. Don is also quickly available when he is called or emailed and gets back to me rapidly with answers to my questions. His services have been very valuable to me and he is worth every penny I have paid him. Don is highly ethical, follows the changes in applicable laws, and advises me on the legal ways to handle various personal and business issues. I am not a lawyer, and I sleep better knowing that Don Sadowski is my tax and legal go-to guy.

I engaged Mr. Sadowski to handle my late great aunt's estate; she had been widowed for 17 years, no children, and had outlived all her nieces and nephews. I looked after her, had power of attorney, joint bank accounts, and even met her attorney who drafted her Will and medical documents. I never looked at those documents until her passing. The executor in her Will was a large financial institution where she had no affiliation who had no interest in handling due to the estate size comprised primarily by her home. It was my desire to fulfill her wishes which were very specific in her Will: all her assets were allocated to 13 specific charities. Sadowski quickly handled securing the declination of the financial institution, as well as soliciting the 13 charities to accept my no fee appointment as administrator of her estate. Within 1-1/2 years of her passing, I sold her home (which he handled) and through the law firm, her assets were distributed to those 13 charities just as she directed. This was all done efficiently, ethically, and with compassion that my goal was to honor her bequests. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Sadowski as a law professional, particularly when you are dealing with your most important assets, most notably, family.

Don worked closely with me and my accountant to sell a privately held business. Where the other side had teams of attorneys I just had Don who did the work of the entire other team. He was diligent and knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better associate during this sale. He was recommended by my accountant who has worked with him on many business and estate related issues and I would highly recommend him after my own experience.
