Extremely unreliable and irresponsible. I only found out later how bad her reputation was in our community. It is unfortunate because she irreversibly delayed my applications. I had to switch my attorney after she failed to submit complementary documents with my DACA, after she failed to bring required documents to in-person court appointments, and after she blamed the judge as being 'particularly hard' following a deportation order. If you're considering going to Angela Kwan, just save yourself money and deport yourself for free.

I would never refer any of my colleagues or loved ones to Angela Kwan for their immigration issues. The lack of professionalism, preparation, and compassion that our family received from Angela in 2018 was absolutely disturbing. It was evident that she bit off more than she could chew with our family’s immigration case- which led to pain and turmoil for us. Angela put forth minimal effort in keeping our trust as well as keeping open lines of communication. Once again- I could never, in good conscience, refer this practice to anyone.
