We worked with Ben this past summer in buying our new home. He is incredibly responsive, always willing to answer questions, and gets the work done very quickly. We were selling a house long distance, after moving out of state before the sale. Ben made things extremely easy to do and saved us a lot of time and money by not needing us to be there in person. He even met with us via Zoom on a Saturday to make sure we understood everything that was going on. Highly responsive. Would definitely work with them again.

My fiancée and I were introduced to Ben from 23 Legal by our realtor and we are pleased with the outcome. Ben assisted us during our closing process, kept us up to date with changes/adjustments, and on the day of the closing, explained the documentation in a concise manner. The closing went very smoothly and we, as first time home buyers, felt we were with someone who can confidently guide us.
