I had reached out to multiple lawyers to earn some knowledge on how I should go about with my case. Unfortunately no one else offered the knowledge that Mary did. We approached Mary's office for filling 485 for me and my family with downgrade in October 2020. Even though they had huge requests on their way during that time, Attorney Mary could make a call and clarify all the doubts we had. Front office associates are always reachable. They were following up on whether we got our receipt notices for 485. They are always prompt on sending the package to lockbox and share us the tracking number for our reference.
